Not fun spending 70 dollars for a product you’re told you’ll receive in 3-4 days yet it’s been a week and my stuff is now on the east coast . You guys created a label for me right? It was sent to Indiana . Then no updates nothing 4 days suddenly it’s in north Carolina. Seems to me like there’s an error on your part and you don’t want to own up to it. Be very cautious

So ordered a ruck since I was deploying and my Grey Ghost was falling apart, thought id oder one. Ordering was east and it sent in a timely manner. I received a diesel smelling ruck. . after a few baths it did not all come out . . instead I deployed in the middle east with this Rick making all my gear (sleeping system, clothes etc) stinks. . . like fuel. So over a month ago I reached out. . and was responded woth "sorry about that" . That was it. I'd give one star but order I ng as stated was easy and it came timely .
