I love all of Seven Barrels' balsamics and oils

I have been a customer of Seven Barrels for many years after meet them at an arts and crafts fair in NJ and was hooked. We sent them this year to our employees as part of our company wide "favorite things". My personal favorites are red apple and vanilla fig vinegar.

I love the vanilla fig balsamic! Drizzle it over fresh tomatoes or shake it up with some basil olive oil for a wonderful dressing. Delicious

I adore having on hand seven barrels olive oils infused with lemon,lime & blood orange to create healthy & delicious salad dressings or just to have a tablespoon in a rush on their own for health benefits. The raspberry balsamic vinegar is so yummy on ice cream with dark chocolate sauce I don’t think I have yet to put it on a salad. I always have a deep back of stock on hand for last minute hostess gifts or thank yous.
