Both of my sons enjoy cooking. I have tried several of your selections at the Castleberry craft fairs in Wilmington, MA, and have enjoyed them very much. Seven Barrels has so many tasty choices to choose! My personal favorites are the truffle infused olive oil and the rosemary infused olive! The truffle is best on simple, plain dishes, like white rice, so as to let the flavor of the truffles stand out! I absolutely love the rosemary for chicken! My favorite infused balsamic vinegars are the raspberry and maple! Oh, also love the lemon and blood orange infused olive oils for cooking fish and chicken! A little goes a long way when flavoring meats! The balsamic vinegars are so good on different salads, along with any of the fruity oils. I am a lifetime customer because everything from product to customer service is exceptional!
