Fantastic service. Fast shipping and turn around time. The free exchanges with postage covered was a game changer. It really took the stress out of trying to guess which size would fit better, as I could just exchange the smaller pair for the right size in another colour! Will be grabbing some more gear in the future.

My order was a day earlier than expected, pleasantly surprised!

I ordered these pants and realised immediately after that the size was wrong, because of the buggy mobile webstore. I contacted customer service immediately to change the size. They informed me that it's not possible change I had to cancel my order, so I did. But after few days they told me it was too late and order was shipped. So now the so called "no-hassle return" is that I need to ship it back at my own cost. Starting price for return is 35€ and I will also loss my initial order shipping cost so overall I will loss 45€ if I return these pants because of bad customer service.
