You will thank me later. 686 surpasses all other gear, their pants are top notch, their jackets are bombproof, their clothes are stylish. What more do you really need? Oh, and most importantly, the company stands behind their products.

I love the 686 gear - especially all the Everywhere pants and the Utility pants. Unfortunately, a seam came undone on one of them and I reached out to customer service. They not only replaced the pants with no trouble, but made the whole process so easy and pleasant. Big fan!

So to sum it up. I didn’t get a product I ordered. I emailed them and asked why it wasn’t included. They emailed and said it was out of stock and that they would refund me for the product. I email back saying it was in stock when I ordered and still in stock. They say it’s out of stock again. I send them screenshots and url of it being in stock (over a week after my order). They basically say oh it looks like it is in stock but we cancelled the order so we can’t send it. place the order again and we will send it, we must have gotten some returns. The product isn’t on sale anymore and I was ordering it as a present. A whole lot of commotion for a 15 dollar shirt and to not admit your own fault of not including an item in my order. I shouldn’t need to bend over backwards just to get something I ordered that is clearly in stock

I shopped Black Friday and bought 2 pants and a blanket. I received an order confirmation in an email. I started getting concerned weeks later because it had not shipped. I contacted customer service who assured me it would be fullfilled that day. Nothing.... I emailed again and the lady said only one pair of pants would ship the rest was out of stock and would be refunded. If I wanted the other pants or blanket I would have to wait until it was back in stock and pay full price. Poor practice, Customer Service, etc. I never asked to be refunded or stated I would not wait. I wasnt given an option just told it would be refunded and I had no choice but purchase it when it was back in stock at full price. Unacceptable sales and practice......

Material is ok. Fit is good. But for products at this price and quality, I will go with a competitor who has better customer service. 686 customer service is bad. Will purchase elsewhere from now.
