The tweezers are fine, but if I don’t rate it after the first email, don’t send me 10 more requests to rate it. If I responded to every rating request in my inbox, it would be a full time job. Probably no one will ever read this LOL.

Shipping is good. Items packed well without too much extra material. I like the items and they do a good job but pricey.

Love the sharpening service.

I don't know how you would exactly do this, but more information in the product descriptions would benefit the customer. Most of your products are very good.

Post Covid Tweezerman has not changed it's business model and relies to heavily on Chinese products that are not of consistent quality. As a consumer I would raather pay a little more for a quality product rather than having to replace an inferior product that is basically disposable.

Convenient two in one. Compact and ergonomic.

This pair not nearly as good as previous pair. I am quite disappointed.
