I like the smells

I wish I could give lower than a 1 star. Horrible service products are okay but the marketing is misleading and they’re support is terrible.

Wow. For 35 years, I've sweat with every product I've ever used. No matter how much it's guaranteed or if the strength is clinical or prescribed. This product works immediately. You know from the first time you use it that it's different. I've used this two days and had to write a review. I'm so thankful for this brand and for changing the way I feel about myself.

I have a subscription and would like to be able to purchase different scents than I originally ordered!

The antiperspirant leaves the armpits really dry and uncomfortable which leads to chaffing and a lot of friction between skin. There are better options from other companies that don't make the skin have as much friction. Also the price for this product is outrageous there are in my opinion better antiperspirant options from different companies that are much cheaper and doesn't leave the skin with a lot of friction.

This company has some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen, not only did they help resolve my problem but they offered me a partial refund on my order and gave me discounts on my orders. I have been so pleased with how they handled everything and also enjoy using their products as they have such good smells to them I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to buy these products!

I feel like the website pushes you to buy more and start a subscription. If you don’t want to do that you have to fight against it to get what you want in your cart and make it to check out. Would love if it were more user friendly in allowing a complete opt out of subscription for the ordered and if you add individual items to a cart that would save money in a bundle then just manually bundle the items once in the cart. Not sure how you could do it just spitballing here.

product works fine. . . however buyer beware!!! apparently you're enrolled in auto shipments. I ""thought"" I had followed all prompts to remove the ""subscription"" when I noticed $90 removed from my bank account, I contacted carpe through email, could not find a phone number. I was told the shipment had already been posted, and there are no refunds. I now have enough product to last two years! Not happy with this sales approach

Fisrt time buying and is expensive, make sure to triple check when you check out if you dont want to be auto subscribed to this company. I just wanted to do a one time purchase but after 1months or so i woke up to see i was subscribe to this and was charged 92. 53 for tbe same 4 deodorants i got the when i first made my purchase. Im still on my first deodorant why would i want to receive such products that soon if i wouldve seen the subscriptions options way more clearly than what they say they have i wouldnt had subscribe to it at all. And subscribing is annoying too , one doesnt unsubcribe the whole order but u do it per item When i thought i did unsub after the incident apparently only one item was unsub out of 2. . . Another con is that it leaves product residue on my armpits after it dries, it dries out in chunks. By the way return shipping is on the customer too keep that in mind. Be ceraful with deals they offer you might mean you are being subed to a reoccuring delivery every 4 weeks. Triple check if u dont want to have the same experience i personally despise this format and wont be ordering from them ever again. Customer service reply time is 1 to 2 business days which they so seem to be on it so one extra star for that

I’ve tried both this and Lume, and Lume wins. I purchased the solid and the cream deodorants of both brands in multiple scents. Lume smells better, it’s more effective at keeping you dry, and it costs far less. In fact, Secret Whole Body worked better than this! Paying almost $50 for two deodorants is madness. I actually purchased six of these with high hopes based on reviews. My teen daughter sweats heavily and it embarrasses her, so I was willing to pay anything. Sadly, this was just a huge waste of money and a reminder that reviews don’t always hit the mark. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this one. Customer service is bad too…. they just don’t respond. Don’t get duped…there are better alternatives for less.

The product itself works well, but the packaging is a major issue. The applicator consistently breaks long before the product runs out. The top detaches easily, and the bottom dial becomes unusable; the more you twist it, the more it falls apart. For the price, you should be able to use every last bit, but that’s just not possible. I had the same issue the last time I purchased it and decided to give it another try a year later, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. It’s a real shame because the formula is effective, but I can’t justify buying something I can only use halfway.

I made a one-time purchase last month for $14. 00 and received a $26. 00 statement this month. I called and received VM for their contact number. Be aware before you order a product from carpe, you will need extra time trying to contact them for false charges.

Don’t buy this deodorant. The company sucks. I tried to cancel my subscription and they made it impossible. I have email confirmation they “canceled” it on May 18th yet sent me more and charged me for it in June. $50 for two sticks of deodorant is WILD and not worth it.

I don’t disagree that the product is effective. However, I ordered a well-touted special that apparently signed me up for a subscription to begin delivery of 4 additional tubes of deodorant 4 weeks after the first order. Customer service responded by ‘adjusting my subscription dates’ and offering what should have been the original discounted subscription price on future deliveries. If you want to try it, buy a single item - don’t be taken in by the bait-and-switch. They were kind enough to tell me that the product has a long shelf life, so maybe I’ll my $100+ forced purchase will take up storage for two years or so before I use it all up.

They forced me into a subscription, made me purchase $100 worth of product I never wanted, and now they are charging me to mail it back. I had to confirm cancel subscriptions over 3 times. They sent a second order within one month of the first purchase after purchasing three deodorants. This is terrible business practices.

After trying MANY antiperspirants (itchy certain dri, Lume, secret clinical) claiming to help hyperhydrosis, I have finally found my holy grail. I love that at the end of the day I don’t smell like an onion. This antiperspirant does leave residue, but I only apply a small amount. I rather have residue than stinky pits. I have noticed sweat after a stressful situation but not as bad as before. I do prefer the fragrance free version, u just don’t like perfume scents with sweat haha. Im no longer soaking my shirts in OXI Clean after every wear since I’m not leaving my shirts so stinky. Thank you carpe for helping this sweat gal 🥺

Would always sweat so much from thinks like even driving or being inside. I can now do entire workouts at the gym and not sweat under my arms at all after 5 days of day and night use. Great product !!!!

The customer service was easy and helpful. The smells are amazing! It’s all a bit pricey that’s my only issue is as a full time working single mom of 2 boys it’s not easy to squeeze a subscription of this price into my budget
