I bought the wrong covered large sauce pan, and had to return it for a refund so that I could buy the size I wanted. SwissDiamond made it easy by sending a RMA return shipping label super fast. I bought the one I wanted and paid installments via "Shop". When I got my new pan, I accidently dropped the lid upside down on to the kitchen time floor, it landed on valve, shattering the glass. I wrote Swiss Diamond customer service, asking how to reorder the lid. They were prompt and super friendly. Not only did Lisa from customer service sens me the exact clickable link to order my replacement lid, Lisa also gave me a coupon to help out. Great service at every step!!!! Shipping was quick and an actually in the middle of an exchange due to ordering a non induction pan. Exchanges through email, not the easiest when you are 80.

Although I think they make a quality pan, there customer service & return policy are not even usable. Don't buy a pan unless you are okay with not being able to return without high risk of denial and high return & shipping fees

Love it. The option to release steam through the knob is a real plus.
