I take this product with Pump n Grow before each workout. It tastes great and helps build noticeable muscle growth along side other products. When I first started with 5 star products in January I shot up 10 lbs in muscle mass and way down in BF%. I would absolutely recommend this product in conjunction with a protein of your choice to help rebuild muscle and prevent soreness.
