I didnt order online but purchased inshore in both the Padstow and Truro shops. The staff are fantastic, helpful and polite. Customer service at its best unlike alot of shops these days.

I used click and collect and service was ok . Usually I find the staff on the tills fairly rude , many times they have carried on their conversation between themselves and I have just had” £45. 00 please “ as my interaction. When I shop in both the st columb stores I feel looked down on by the staff unsure why that is but that’s how it is 🙃
