Visited the main outlet and Newquay store as was interested in the mens Barts Flat Cap range. MoS at main outlet response was, ‘dunno where the are, could be anywhere’… and staff at Newquay store were even less interested, ‘try upstairs’. We did this and asked a MoS up on the 1st floor ‘sorry not sure’… I appreciate you may have seasonal workers but they should still have some product knowledge, clearly they do not.
