As someone else said I was a little uneasy about using this company as I’d never heard of them but they were one of the only places that had the item I wanted in stock ready to deliver in time for Christmas. Going by previous reviews I decided to order and the item arrived very quickly. No problems at all, very happy with the Birkenstocks and happy to recommend
