I love your "Franchise" XXL Hats: I love those hats because they fit me so well. BUT… you don’t make enough of them in the XXL size. Do you not realize that there is a whole market out there for guys with big heads (size 8 which is your XXL size) yet, you don’t make enough of them. I would love to have every LA Rams, Dodgers, Lakers, and Kings hats you make, but they’re either sold out, or not in my size. I don’t understand why your company doesn’t realize this? That’s minimally 4 hats I would buy along with the teams that you have more than one style. Like the Rams, you have the old school Ram, and then you had the old school helmet. Now you don’t have either of them. Please fix this problem for us big head guys, unless you don’t like to make money ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not pleased with this brand at all. Everyone, especially at Christmastime, allows returns or exchanges. I bought 4 caps & it never crossed my mind that this company would not honor returns or an exchange. Carhartt has always taken care of these issues. Not a good way to run a business. I have no idea for sure if the men I bought for would want an exchange or not.
