Communication is a zero, no way of communicating with this company. Think I’ll just buy hat’s in the store or with other companies. WAS a Uber fan of 47, not so much with ordering directly from website!

I got sent the wrong item, it took over 2 weeks to ship the item also. It then went from their warehouse in Massachusetts to Connecticut, then back to Massachusetts where I live, all of a 30 minute drive away. I tried to exchange the item for the correct one, to which I was told the item doesn’t exist anymore. Then when I said Ok then I need to return it, they charged me a 7 dollar restocking fee. So it cost me 7 dollars to NOT have a Christmas present.

I ordered a medium size Bruins sweater but I recieved an XL instead. Dissapointed of their part of attention to detail of what they're sending out. When I want exchange to the correct size it was already sold out. . . Frustrated on this but I really do like their product. Wished they could notify me that the specific size was sold out instead of sending me the wrong size.
