This item was perfect and arrived right on time. I was sent a preview of what it would look like, and confirmation was simple to do. It was a picture of my grandparents. My grandfather got very emotional as my grandmother had wanted to visit the US for a long time but was unable to get a VISA. Unfortunately, she got COVID 1 week before they were assigned vaccines, and she fought for a long 2 months, but unfortunately, she died. He vowed to fulfill her dream of coming to the US, and with this keychain, he said it's like she is always with him experiencing everything together. It's bittersweet, but we are happy that he is able to carry their picture together so he doesn't feel alone. There really is no price to put on that. Thank you so much!!!
