The piece I ordered arrived on time, and is absolutely beautiful. I spoke with the seller before purchasing to make sure they could accommodate my request, make sure I select the right size for the photo I had chosen and to make sure the photo I picked would turn out good. The crystal piece is very heavy and high quality. They were so helpful and attentive. 10/10 I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I wasn't sure what to expect and was worried it might be cheesy and cheap looking...usually this is not my kind of thing...but it arrived solid and beautifully packaged.
