Shipping was fast… customer service was response and had great suggestions. Return shipping policy needs work- should be waived for exchange or at least apply currently promotional savings when someone has purchased 5 belts and two pairs of earrings. Improve ease of shopping by giving measurement to middle belt hole. Provide dust bags for jewelry. Seems like it should be worth it to take care of your customer.
