Shipping was on the slightly expensive side and we discovered a certain amount of breakage that we could not have exposed when we received the shipment,- the boxes looked fine on the outside so we don’t know why there were broken tiles within. Luckily we had over ordered enough extra tiles and had enough material for our project.

The floor is beautiful, easy to clean, and we love that it is not slippery. Thank you!

We ultimately had a good experience with the product and service. We had a little trouble getting the bull nose piece for our floor step, due to production issues. But thankfully they had high quality control and wouldn’t ship us a piece until they were happy with the product. What we received worked perfectly.

The tile is great . Your online experience was also great The delivery service is where I had issues. If not for a couple of good imployees one in TX, one here in jacksonville I would not have gotten my floor in time . Time was a major factor in picking your product. I went Nd picked up the flooring myself at the warehouse.

We are really happy with this vinyl tile. We ordered samples that arrived very quickly. The samples were large sizes that helped us choose the perfect color. Our order arrived quickly and we were really pleased with the careful packaging. The installation process was simple and went smoothly. We have hardwood flooring in the rest of the house but needed something durable for this room which is a porch we enclosed and are finishing.

Would never order again. One month later and still no transition strips. What a hassle. Get it together or dont sell products. Frustrated and annoyed by this company

We are going to replace our carpet and I am tire of all the same same wood look floors, so I was excited to find this terrazzo look! We ordered samples and they arrived within days. We will be ordering soon.

Ordered this based upon a sample that had been provided. Once the actual product arrived, the color looks different and your return process is arduous so now I’m stuck with a box of your product I cannot use. Will never order your products again.

The product was so beautiful, but the shipping costs made it cost prohibitive for a single room. I could have had real, lovely, high quality tile installed for less than this LVT, plus delivery, plus install.
