I didn’t actually “need” customer service on a problem, but I wanted to convey a positive in what I thought of not only their product but their pamphlet included with products. This company actually responded and made me feel my comment appreciated. I really love this company for good products and that “human” touch😊

Prompt reply to my inquiry with immediate resolution of the issue. Mrs. Wecker provided excellent customer service and up to date information regarding shipping and tracking information. If I owned a company providing services to the public she would be without a doubt someone I would hire without hesitation.

The cable, packaging, design of the cable look, feel and perform good. I did get an issue when the cable was connected to the vehicle for android auto and 360 without hesitation sent me a new cable right away. They definitely back their words on the customer service. Thanks

Julie Wecker with Customer Service was awesome to work with. She usually got back to me with an answer in a few hours. The site however, could do a better job in making a distinction between the Google Nest Mini (2nd generation) and the Google Home Mini (1st generation) - a big difference! The power jacks are completely different.
I requested a replacement charge cord under warranty. You responded the same day and shipped one out.
Your team was great they handled the situation quickly and professionally, you stand behind your product and that makes you a cut above the rest!!
