I’m “only” giving you three stars because I really like your products and own about a dozen of them. However, I put in an order for two cables on 12/25 and have yet to receive them. It would appear they haven’t (even) been shipped yet.

We bought two of these 360 outlets for our bedroom and office as we were constantly running out of plugs and it was tough always having to unplug one thing to run or charge another especially the USB type devices. These work so well for us that we completely forgot just how much easier they made our live until one outlet lost the USB slots for some unknown reason. We thought that we were going to have to search everywhere for a replacement when we thought about their warranty and so we contacted 360 Electrical and told them what happened. They were so easy and awesome to work with to get the outlet replaced and they even upgraded us to their newest model which we are certain is a huge step forward as they are always finding better was to combine and configure the outlets so you can get the most out of each one. We would have purchased the new outlet even if they had not honored their warranty, but when you have a great product and would class customer service who else would you want to give your repeat business to but 360 Electrical. Buy their products and you will never buy any other brand again!
