Julie assisted replacing a cable that failed and would no longer charge my wife's iPad. Julie was fantastic and we had a new cable in about 3 days from when we submitted our claim.

Excellent product and an excellent warranty.

I purchased this surge protector to provide a side outlet so I could plug in my microwave without bending the cord in a 90 degree angle and causing damage to the cord. Upon reading the instructions I learned this item is not recommended for use with a microware among other high energy usage appliances. This information was not included in the description I based my purchase on. This outlet is designed to be used for low voltage appliances like a lamp. I contracted 360's customer service and they could not really help me with any solutions so I guess that I going to return it.

When it comes to Phone cables, these are the only ones I buy. I’ve told my friends and family the same thing, these are the best ones out there. They also have outstanding customer service. The two times I’ve had to deal with customer service. I’ve dealt with Julie who has been absolutely amazing. The best and easiest customer service representative I’ve ever had to deal with in my 48 years.
