GREAT COMPANY
I like this company. About 7 years ago, I was at an airport and I needed a power cord, so I bought this one. On the box it said "lifetime guarantee" and I thought to myself "yeah right". This is the second cord they replaced (the first one they replaced about two years ago is still good). This (like the first time) was a hassle free transaction. No questions asked. The only thing they wanted was a picture of the cord that went bad. They didn't ask for a receipt or anything. I think I will always look into this company when I'm looking to buy electronics. It appears that they DO guarantee their merchandise.

360 electrical shipping experience is second to none! Not quite as quick as Amazon prime, but the products that I receive from 360 electrical are all the more exciting anyway lol great shipping. Great customer service from people who really care.

I splurged on a long recharger braided cord 4-5 years ago. I loved the color and the durability of the cord and was impressed with the guarantee that came with it. And I remembered that warranty, found customer service on line and described the problem. Within days I had a response and within a few more days I had a replacement. What service by the product and the company.

Saves a lot of space and wiring is easy
As title says, it’s great for tight spaces and the wiring on all your things won’t dangle as much compared to a normal surge protector.

Best product discontinued; major disappointment
What I think about 360 Electrical is that they are crazy for discontinuing the PowerCurve Mini. I think that it is the best product they made. The other "curves" are way too big. The Mini was great for traveling or whatever. It just needed to have the USB-A outlets replaced with USB-C outlets and it would be ready for the future.

Julie was very prompt in getting back to us and very friendly. She also was very prompt in getting our new cord out to us and expediated the mailing so we received it long before we were scheduled to receive it. She is a credit to your company-give her a raise and a promotion! Very happy customer!
