My 1st pan was slightly dented on the edge. I called 360 cookware and they immediately took it back and shipped me out a new one right away. I am in the process of replacing toxic coated non stick cookware and was relieved to make the healthier switch for my family.

I love my new set! So far, everything cooks perfectly. The guide they sent with it is very helpful. If you are making scrambled eggs, they definitely need lots of oil! However, the clean up is very easy, and I’ve had no problems. High quality.
