I returned a set of clubs for a refund and was given a store credit which I didn’t ask for. Was able to get it changed to refund the original form of payment. Very professional experience. Great job!

Recovering from hip replacement and have been trying multiple shafts for my new swing speed. 2nd Swing has been excellent and there customer service is A++++. They put up with me constantly trading and getting other shafts until I found the right one.

The club was brand new
The club was brand new - not only did they have the exact spec I was looking for, but they saved me on shipping. I was visiting family in Scottsdale and went into their physical store. Needing it shipped home since my clubs and travel bag didn't make this trip, it would have cost me $25 in-store to add shipping. The walked me through purchasing it online to get free shipping. That was awesome. Got the club in the same amount of time and saved $25 on shipping!!!
