Good stuff. Read the directions! It comes in a small package for a reason (it's powerful stuff). It's a good product and is a great tasting chai. It's a concentrated mix with the serving size measured so you can make the liquid concentrate (mix plus hot water) in 4 oz hot water and then you add 4 oz of milk (total 8 oz liquid half water half milk). Don't just drink the concentrate unless you like it seriously Indian hot! :) I tried that because I was assuming the mix was the whole drink and thought the milk was optional. . wow that was interesting. Then I tried it the way the directions say and it all made sense then. mmm

The teas I've purchased from Numi have been excellent. So far, they've gained my trust for having unadulterated products.

ive been trying this tea with different water temp and amount of tea, etc but i only barely see and taste anything - its just hot water that i'm drinking. i wonder if this was from a bad batch or a batch that was out in the sun and got dried out or something. ive tried emailing them to no avail. it's very disappointing and i wont be buying tea from this company again due to the lack of their customer service.

I appreciate the company standards of how teas are grown as well as how they are packaged. With a much tighter budget now, I had an opportunity to buy a larger quantity this time to last longer.

This tea is smooth and has a delightful floral undertone reminiscent of Yunnan tea. Finding decent quality tea online can be challenging, especially when you’re willing to spend a high price for a few ounces.
