I’ve always been satisfied with Numi Tea products and delivery time. I just wish it was easier to find my favorite varieties in stores because shipping costs are high unless I buy more boxes than I want. But aside from that I have only good things to say about Numi Teas.

Ordered from you for years and haven't had a problem yet. I still miss one of the teas that I used to get that was discontinued (Decaf Black Vanilla) Hope it comes back!

I love Numi Tea! Though he boxes of 100 single packs of black tea and chocolate tea are cumbersome in my cupboards. I loved the loose leaf Emperor's pu-Erh. Takes up less space.
