I appreciate the company standards of how teas are grown as well as how they are packaged. With a much tighter budget now, I had an opportunity to buy a larger quantity this time to last longer.

This tea is smooth and has a delightful floral undertone reminiscent of Yunnan tea. Finding decent quality tea online can be challenging, especially when you’re willing to spend a high price for a few ounces. However, this tea is 16 ounces and the price is reasonable for the quality. It’s definitely worth the investment. The best part is that it’s organic! Thank you, Numi.

Great flavor

I ordered the bulk Earl Grey expecting the tea leaves to be fresher than the individual pre-packaged tea bags. The black tea used in this Earl Grey lacks depth, and what little flavor it has is bitter. For a tea advertised as using real bergamot oil, the bergamot is almost undetectable. This tea isn't any better than something off the shelves at a cheap grocery store that has gone past its "best by" date. I don't know if a return is possible, but I'll be trying.

Very unhappy, I am on a subscription for chocolate rooibos tea and received 2 cases of aged earl grey (not the same). Can not get a response from customer service regarding a refund or replacement
