The fire pit looks great, is well built and was easy to put together. We wanted a fire pit with tank propane storage to fit a small space. This pit accomplished this and looks great. The only reason for 4 stars is access to the propane tank is limited. It is tough to turn off the gas at the tank through the access port. However, that is a reasonable trade off for a smaller pit that is well built and includes propane tank storage.

We had ordered a replacement for our couch and were so pleased with the purchase we ordered a replacement for the loveseat. We received another couch replacement instead of the loveseat. What do we need to do for the correction exchange?

Ordered a firepit from All Backyard Fun. It arrived with the external shell discolored. All Backyard Fun was terrific in supporting us and working with the manufacturer to supply me with a replacement under the warrantee. Their customer service is very responsive. The owner also stepped in and helped us return freight the defective/discolored shell back to All Backyard Fun - when the manufacturer refused to. They have a customer for life for their timely service and assistance. They stand by their sale and made things right - when the manufacturer would not.

Table is perfect. Delivery was as promised and the table was packed appropriately for shipping. A great experience

Beautiful, well constructed. Easy to assemble. Extremely well packaged. Unblemished upon opening. I prefer the manual light as opposed to ignition as the ignition switches always seem to fail inside a year. Well done.
