Everything arrived in a timely manner. The items were packed and shipped well. No issues there. Wished they would remove things from the site if they are sold out. Otherwise, I would Highly Recommend.

Shipping service was fine, I just was dissapointed with the quality of the blanket compared to my nephew. The tag did not have the logo Northwest.

I was charged for an out of stock item and have not been refunded. Another item I ordered was not shipped correctly - I received the wrong color robe, which is in the process of being returned. Support was helpful and said I would receive refunds for both. Overall, it was a poor experience.

Very disappointed. It doesn’t look anything like the photo. That is what makes it hard buying on line you can not actually see what your getting or feel the quality and thickness of the material. Whatever, lesson learned again! Same with a shirt I purchase. Looking at picture it was dark blue with red and white stripes but in actuality it is gray more than blue and size is for a child instead of a women’s medium. Not a women’s medium. I’m sure when I wash it, it will also shrink more. Maybe one time wear.
