The product shipped reasonably quickly and staff I've interacted with via email have been friendly. The website itself is honestly pretty rough. Search filters and product sorting are a very noticeable absence.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandfather who is a die-hard Knicks fan. He loved the blanket itself but loved it even more when he saw how personalized it was with his name on it. Thank you for creating such a special gift that put a smile on his face.

Everything arrived in a timely manner. The items were packed and shipped well. No issues there. Wished they would remove things from the site if they are sold out. Otherwise, I would Highly Recommend.

Shipping service was fine, I just was dissapointed with the quality of the blanket compared to my nephew. The tag did not have the logo Northwest.

I was charged for an out of stock item and have not been refunded. Another item I ordered was not shipped correctly - I received the wrong color robe, which is in the process of being returned. Support was helpful and said I would receive refunds for both. Overall, it was a poor experience.
