The cream pump works as designed, its a little slow as very little comes out. The roll-on applicator is poor quality. I have to squeeze the bottle to get anything to come out, the ball is difficult to roll.

I wish I had better results, but this product did not help me get to sleep. Instead of my body and my eyes eventually starting to feel heavier and more relaxed, by brain activity seemed to increase, which was the opposite of what I was hoping for.

I have chronic sleep issues. I do not think I will ever find something that keeps me asleep all night but this does help with falling asleep

This product did not help me sleep. I woke up several times during the night and never got sound sleep. I would not purchase this product for sleep support. Perhaps it is helpful for relaxation during the day but I have not tried it for that.
