It was easy to choose what I wanted & pretty fast receiving the delivery.

Initially, when we ordered the shoe for my son's prom, we were unaware that it was out of stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer before being sent to us. The male representative was not very kind and never contacted me back. After calling once more, a female representative took the horse by the reigns and got the ball rolling, and rather quickly, might I add. We received the shoes in excellent condition. People are still complementing on how great they look. If the need arises, we will definitely order from your company again. One bit of advice would definitely be to work out the communication kinks from your facility to the customer when an item is out of stock and delays shipping. Kind regards

I needed a vest for a child's costume and I found lots of colors and sizes to choose from. I ordered one and it came a few days later. The costume was a smash hit.

Great service

Great products and customer care when I needed to exchange my toddler's suit. I just had issues with the website. The interface is hard to navigate especially when I had to change colors selections. I had to maneuver the mouse up and down the screen to go back and see the actual color selected. Pls inform your IT department to improve it. Thanks.
