Awesome hat to look cool but keep warm during cold and rainy weather. The wool feels great, not super itchy. If you have longer hair, I would size up, but otherwise it fits true to size

Hat arrived wrinkled and looking worn. Customer service is pathetic. Told me to use a steamer. I said send me some money to buy a steamer. Ridiculous to ask your customers to out in work to get the hat in wearable condition after spending the amount of money they want for these hats.
