Customer service was great when I needed to place an exchange request for a different size. Slightly complicated but once you speak to someone directly it is easier. But a 15 day exchange window is very stressful for me when I can only get my mail once a week.

this dress is truly stunning . the pattern, the quality, the details is all perfection ! my only issue with it is the chest area is very small so if you’re big chested it is tight . but the dress is so beautiful that it’s worth it !
