Amazing to deal with

Two separate orders were placed for sunglasses this past weekend. I called the store to make sure i could get glasses delivered by Monday or Tuesday for Reading, Massachusetts. One order for a pair of Frankie style to be sent to Stephanie Castine in Columbus, Ohio. Not a rush order to Ohio. The second order for Kepler sunglasses was to be sent to Ellie Richards in Reading, Massachusetts. For this order i paid $29 extra for next day shipping. The glasses for Ellie were not delivered to Reading. The order sent to Columbus Ohio contained two pair of glasses - Kepler and Frankie. Ellie left for vacation this morning without the sunglasses. Steph is very happy with two pair of Johann Wolff glasses. Michael Castine

I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall customer experience. After I placed my order, Eric contacted me to ensure I understood the frame I purchased is a larger one, and that he is open to sending the original size and this one if I wanted to try both. I did have him do this, and he did so without charging me for both, and I realized the original smaller frame is actually better for me! So I am now sending back the one I placed the order for to begin with. He checked in to let me know also when the order was arriving.
