Sleeping great. Wondering how to turn off under bed light at night. It goes on by itself?

The Reverie Upgrade package was received when we were told to expect it. My husband found it easy to install and it works great. Ours was knocked out by a surge, when we called the customer service they suggested this package. Thank you.

The one thing that caused concern was not being able to speak to a person/a human after placing my order or having the website work properly. It kinda freaked me out because I had placed nearly a thousand dollar order. I suggest you get more customer reps or return voice messages in a timely manner. When I was finally able to speak to someone after a week of attempting, the young lady that assisted me was awesome. She was able to answer my questions and put me at ease with my concerns. She had great customer service skills!

I had to talk with an associate to confirm exactly what I needed that would fit the base I have. He answered all my questions and I felt confident to order.
