Beautiful cheeses. Lovely chutneys, olives and nuts. First class service. Well packed. We did have a problem in January with snowy weather, the parcel force could not deliver to us for several days. When they did it was clear the hamper had not been kept refrigerated by parcel force. I was worried about the cheese bake ( everything else I was sure would be fine ) I contacted Snowdonia Cheese to ask about the cheese bake only. They immediately replaced my whole order. I was not expecting that and it was very much appreciated. I order frequently for friends and family over the last 4 years and everyone says how wonderful the cheeses etc are.
