Ordering was great. The delivery service used to transport the beds to Brentwood, TN was an absolute nightmare. They were rude, disrespectful and lied about their name when asked due to me reporting them to their supervisor. They were not helpful and did not call one hour prior to delivery so I could have someone meet them. They called 10 minutes and then did not drop them off at our suite but left them on the opposite side of my building in the rain and did not tell me they were there. Someone from that office had to walk to our office to let us know they were dropped off at their office loading entrance.
