Great tracking, kept well ironed regarding delivery, easy to assemble and looks fantastic, also hold the weight of a lot of clothes

This clothing rack was the best purchase I made in 2025! We are obsessed. The quality is great and it was SO easy to put together. No tools required. I already want to purchase another one!!

The item I ordered was not available in time, but the substitute was made very quickly and efficiently.

Our first delivery of five came exactly as expected. Communication was good and all boxes were undamaged and everything present inside - which doesn't always happen with self assembly products. Our second delivery of two were due to arrive on a Friday but were delayed until Monday. Communication not so clear. Tracking said they would be delivered on the Monday but I was still recieving messages that they would be delivered on Friday's date. I went out in the end and they came on the Monday. These two packages were actually quite bashed about and the boxed partly open. The courier wasn't bothered. Luckily, everything inside was present and undamaged.
