Good service and quality product

Service was excellent. I spoke to very friendly and knowledgeable staff prior to making the purchase. Shipping was punctual but being stuck with a giant wooden pallet that I can't fit in my car is less than ideal. I was not aware that I would have to dispose of it myself. The unit itself is very high quality, stylish and perfect for my needs. I had some slight issues during its construction, it definitely takes more than one hour, especially for one person. The side spotlights were not twisting into their grooves very easily, compared to how effortlessly they slid in on the Youtube video. I was terrified that they were going to break. Possibly the slots in the track were not cut wide enough on my unit. Which reminds me, don't try to assemble it with the paper instruction sheet alone, you'll need a video. The rubber sealant also kept falling out, make sure that this is the last thing you do once the doors are on and the unit is stable. Final nitpick, I feel like you have to push the glass doors a little harder than I would like in order for them to latch closed. The lock at the top can't be left off, otherwise the doors will swing open. I would have preferred a magnetised latch. I was also very twitchy about the shelf design, how they are tightened into a running track as opposed to resting on solid pegs. But as long as the weight limit is not exceeded and you've tightened them sufficiently, I have to trust in the design that they won't one day come crashing down. I am using the unit to display some very valuable, high end pieces. Anyway, overall I am very happy with the cabinet. I'm using it for a Ray Harryhausen model collection and it looks like a professional museum piece now. I hope the spotlights will have good longevitiy and are straightforward to replace when they blow. See photos for finished product.
