I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and love them. Got them pretty fast, too.

The quality of the product was poor. The helmet had already fallen apart before I received it. The front of the starp came undone from the helmet. The back of the strap was loose and floppy. It sat very deep on my head.

Guides choice are the best glasses for being on the water chasing fish!

It was easy to navigate and find the helmet I was looking for. I first came to the website looking at using the crash replacement (which I appreciate!) The info on the replacement was easy. But doing the "contact us" form, the drop down menu did not include anything for crash replacement.

Customer service is great, but the sunglasses quality is quite low, especially comparatively speaking to other large Sunglasses brands.

Guides choice glasses seen to be on the low end. I would have rather had the lens replaced in my other model of smith glasses that are much better quality however, that must’ve not been an option.
