The job was done quickly and the whole experience from talking on the telephone to talking to the blokes at Smith & Smith was great. JR had the initiative to advance our booking by 2-3 months when the rear screen for our car arrived from Japan quicker than expected - this was much appreciated.

I had my window replaced on my 2012 Suzuki Kizashi, I had failed my warrant because of a cracked screen that couldnt be repaired, I called into Smith & Smith in Hewletts Road. The female receptionist, in a relaxed and friendly manner asked how she could help, she quickly explained what I needed to do, I gave her the details of my Insurance Policy. As I was driving home I received a call explaining what I needed to do, that they would check the availability of a screen. The next day I made a appointment to have the screen replaced. I thought the service of everyone I had contact with for my screen replacement was very friendly and polite, the receptionist was great and explained what I needed to do, she was one step ahead of me and got in touch with my Insurer before I could and had started the claim for me, so I made the appointment to have my screen replaced, the only disappointing thing wasthat they couldnt supply a Tinted Band Screen for my model of car. what was excellent was the staff that worked there, very friendly and professional, it stood out. I was really pleased with the work when it was done.

My dayghters back little 2indow was smashed, the service was great but we had to wait 3 days for replacement which is fine. I asked if they could cover it for me as I have a disability and couldn't do it. They did it but charged $93 for bit of plastic and tape for 3 days!

The technician at the Penrose branch did an excellent job! I was worried about my broken windscreen, but they handled it with expertise. The end result looks as good as new. Highly recommend the Penrose branch, especially for Mercedes SLK owners needing windscreen repairs!
