It is not easy figuring
It is not easy figuring out how to spend the loyalty rewards. I misunderstood how to claim them and ended up wasting some of my money. When I reached out for assistance, I was left feeling it was just something I had to accept and feel unsatisfied as a customer. Unfortunately, that is just the norm for today, which is deeply disappointing.
