Products good, sales are good but very dissatisfied and disappointed in return policy. Sizes of vinyl rolls not well seen in listing and ordered 13” instead of 12”, 2 rolls. Now stuck with cutting them down to size, can’t afford to return them to you. Decreases desire to order more.?when products are something I’m going to order often this will stop me ordering. If a piece of clothing then it wouldn’t necessarily stop me cuz I don’t order that often.
