Love the quality of the items and the whimsical prints. Shipping took a bit longer than other brands we ordered from. Please bring back rain suits for babies/toddlers and the adults would like your great rain jackets as well. :)

Prints are fun and adorable. PJs are soft and comfortable. I wish shipping were a bit cheaper or that there were more stores in Canada. I always try to go for free shipping when I purchase online, and that's hard with Hatley. I wanted to try a dress, but decided to not risk it, because I would have to pay shipping to return it.

Shipping was a bit of a mess. I recieved a parcel of my order and was missing the rest. I emailed to figure out where the rest was. Jesse replied within a couple a days and helped me out. They ended up sending them out again since they didn't know where they were! Fantastic costumer service!
