10/10 customer service, i had an issue with the post office losing my order but i reached out to thrive and they immediately sent me a replacement in a timely manner

I ordered a color that I have used before in the Eyebrow Gel and the color was different than the last order. I emailed CS to see how to get this fixed and they were very helpful and got me all squared away with a new color sent out.

Came quickly, loved the free sample and the makeup bag. Makeup does exactly what I needed most-brightening!
