Overall had a pleasant recent experience at the showroom; my stylist was lovely, honest, and not pushy at all which I really appreciated. However, there were a few areas for improvement which I hope can be addressed. First, when I made the appointment, I had specifically requested to try on several of the newer styles. I believe only one of these was available during the appointment -- I totally understand that new styles sell out quickly but would have appreciated more of a heads up if all but one of the styles were going to be unavailable. This is not a reflection of my stylist's capability, more just feedback on appointments in general. Second, I would have appreciated if my stylist could have been more proactive in suggesting solutions for problems that different styles presented. For example, I loved the color and fit of one dress that I tried on, but the material was stiff and bunched up when I sat down. I was clearly torn and kept asking her questions about the style, and eventually I asked her if it came in any other materials--which it did. Similarly, some dresses fit wildly differently depending on the style; I was a 2-4 in some vs. my usual sizing of 0-0P. Would have been really helpful if the stylist had some more knowledge about sizing irregularities in the collection.

She was responsive and kind and really listened to my concerns about fit and other things. She didn’t rush me and helped me decide on colors and styles. I’ve been a customer for a while and it was so much fun to visit a store!
