Service is excellent, but product is overpriced.

This is my third time visiting the DC location. I felt like I didn't really receive personalized attention and that the stylist wasn't listening to what I was saying or focused on me because I was the last client of the day. My water and prosecco ran out at the start and was never replenished and I felt like the stylist was trying to get me to buy everything I put on rather then listening to how I felt in it.

I have not had a styling session before so I did not know what to expect. I am so glad I went. I tried on pieces I would not have selected on my own, and they were great. In addition, the stylist was very attentive to my feedback and found items that were exactly what I was looking for- even if I didn't know it!

Darby took the time to review my Wish List to start with a few items so I didn't feel overwhelmed with choices. She also provided some of her recommendations as well which were things I never would have tried otherwise. She was completely supportive and unassuming which is hard to find in stylists when you are shopping in extended sizing. I was in and out within 35 minutes...it would have taken days, hours and likely many trips to department stores to find something I was as confident in as this suit. Will definitely be using her expertise again!

My stylist Joanna in the Bryant Park location was exceptional - style-savvy, kind and deeply interested in helping me find what I need. Go see her!!

Hello, Amanda was nice but she asked if it was okay to ship me one of my pieces (the Shirley Dress-Scuba) and I said Okay. It was sent to me and I wen to wear it for my first day of work and she had order the wrong size. I had tried on a Size 0P and she ordered a Size 0. I had to return the dress and buy the right size but now I don't have the dress I need for my meeting on Monday. Overall, fine experience but I need to have the right size ordered for me when I am right there in the store trying it on. If not, you need to have new pieces in stock in the back that people can take with them that day. I do not like that I I had to return my piece and now pay for shipping on the new piece. This makes no sense. When I try on a piece during a stylist meeting I should be able to take home that day

This was my first appointment with a MM LaFleur stylist. It was a great experience. Darby had many different options to choose from and was helpful with how to wear each piece. I look forward to going back again.

Josyln was lovely. But feedback about overall experience - 1) I would really like to be able to see all of the clothes rather than rely on stylists interpretation. They can guide me, of course, but I really want to see and touch all of the clothes. And, at end of the day 2) I’d feel way more comfortable with a stylist who was closer to where I was in life - i.e., 50+ year old woman.

I decided to check out the pop-up event when it came to town and talk to a stylist (Leah) about clothes for interviews. She was very helpful and I liked all but one or two of her suggestions for me.

Enjoyed my first stylist appointment at the NYC location.

The stylist is fine. However the location was terrible. There was no sign about the entrance. After walking around the building I was about to leave. The selection of items available in my size was very limited.

I felt like most of the things she brought me were way cuter than what is typically on the website. I tried looking at the website a few days later and I really didn't see anything else I wanted to try. I thought she did a great job, ocnsidering I gave her hardly any information beforehand.

Brandon was great. I was very early for my appointment, but he was happy to help me get settled in and brought out several options besides the two dresses that I had originally requested to try on. He helped photograph me in outfits for me to send to my stylist.

Enjoyed my MM Lafleur out of office appointment. My stylist was helpful.

I went to the NYC showroom to pick up some business formal works; my stylist had picked great styles based on my descriptions and previous purchase history. She gave candid feedback and thoughts on the outfits I put together and I left with items o feel really confident in. I would love to work with her again.

Darby was helpful. I'm just used to stylists that took a look at my profile before pulling items - maybe there was a disconnect there. I am used to having a rack full of items that are the right size, and I spend less time on trial and error. Nothing wrong with the session, it was just functional, rather than experiential, which i suspect is your goal. Wish it was a little more fun. I was excited to come see the showroom in NY. Had more fun at the pop up, but unfortunately, they don't have access to the volume of items that your NY location has. I also completely missed the capsule and frequently purchased item display in the lobby. Saw it when I was on my way out.

Yesterday was my first visit to your showroom although I have followed your line since you started. I loved everything about my experience except that there are no mirrors in the dressing room. I realize that this is recreating a carriage trade experience of a client interacting with their stylist, but I want to be able to know if something looks good on me without having to go to out of the dressing room to look at a three-way mirror.
