I love the app !!

I have had my Echelon for about a month now. My husband and I use it every day. I'm so happy with the way it is changing my body and we haveliked so many of the classes.

I really wish there was a middle ground membership option. I don’t attend live classes because the times don’t work out for me, but I love having access to the large library of on demand and challenges.

I've been working with Skye on an issue with my resistance knob not working on my Connect 5 bike. Skye has been wonderful. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I love having the option to workout with others or by myself with challenging and fun workouts.

Great customer service

I love my treadmill. It has really made it easier to get in a great run from home and I'm so happy it folds up and can go in my closet. My only request is the wheels only roll one way when I'm moving it into my closet and it can be challenging to move it sideways. Otherwise it works great and is high quality. Thank you!

Treadmill 5s stride is awesome !

Super easy to put together & use. Great workout with this machine. It’s a little heavy but still able to move it around. Very sturdy. I’m 5ft, my husband is 6’2 & we both get a great workout using this stairclimber. Well worth the money. We’ve gone through 3 other smaller, less expensive step climbers in the last 2 years. They keep breaking. This one is a lot more durable.

I order the bike hassle free on the easy to navigate website. I found the perfect bike for me that met my price point. Everything was packaged really well when the bike arrived and it was easy to locate all the parts. One of the parts was a bit dirty but wasn't a big deal. Using the bike for almost a month now and everything works really well

First worlds group ride and it was terrific, loved being able to ride with other members. Would be great to send high 5s through worlds too.

Customer-friendly website. Knowledgeable and helpful telephone customer service representatives. Daughter-in-law really enjoys her Stride treadmill.

Navigation of the site is good. Descriptions of the products and their compatibility with the connected equipment could be better. Customer service is 5 star. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love my new gift. I have yet to work out, but it is now set up. My husband and I did it on our own. Very good instructions! The only issue was a tear in my bike seat. Can't wait for the new year and exercise routine!

I love the choice of classes to take and also just enjoying a scenic ride.
