Pictured was accurate and lights are beautiful. They were very well packaged and came quickly.

When our existing lamp shade was damaged we looked for a replacement on the internet. There are thousands! We knew what we wanted and had precise measurements. Still, there are a lot of people trying to sell lamp shades but not many having the selection and quality of Shades of Light. Their measurements shown proved exact to the new shade. They clearly set delivery expectations and kept us informed of progress. Packing and delivery were excellent. We are very well satisfied!

I purchased these lights for a bathroom remodel. When they arrived, I was absolutely thrilled with how they looked. Unfortunately, I ended up not being able to use them as they were going to be placed where a soffit was to removed which turned out, could not be removed. I was so disappointed as these lights would have looked fantastic in the bathroom. Shades of Light were great in their return process.

Customer care at Shades of Light was wonderful( polite, expedited my replacement) but quality control at Visual Comfort was disappointing. I ordered 3 pendants for over an island and they came wired with two different colored wiring, which was noticeable. When reordered for a flaw in the brass band, the replacement came quickly and in good condition, but with wrong color wiring. We had to pay additional to get this corrected! Disappointing when you pay a higher price for a nice fixture!

This is a great looking light. Unfortunately I had to return it due to it being the wrong size for a specific area in our home. My mistake. I'm giving the highest rating for the way Shades of Light handled the return process, as well as for the light itself.

I ordered the turquoise shade and am thrilled with it. It is a very soft color, perfect for my room. The shade is very well made and arrived impeccably packaged. It was more than I had originally intended to spend but was well worth the price.
