I have purchased from SOL for over 25-years. Each time I have been very satisfied with the price and quality. This item arrived just as shown. Of course I read the description and could see the shades are opaque. But my recessed can lights balances out the down-light only effect they provide. This said I used 60-watt dim-able LED's and find the maximum brightness is substantial for shaving. Thank you Shades Of Light.

Gorgeous Chandelier
It was wonderful doing business with Shades of Light. Even in these troubling times, they were kind and willing to help with questions. Ordering was simple and the chandelier arrived quickly and intact. Looks fabulous!

Light
I order a light and when it delivered it was missing the mounting bracket and decorative screws. The parts were not delivered until 3 weeks later and the decorative screws did not match the light. Customer service was not very helpful. These parts should have been sent next day air to us. Cost us an extra trip for the electrician which we cannot schedule under current world conditions. We do not even know if the correct parts were sent. Needless to say we will never purchase anymore items from Shaded of Light. Customer Service attitude is lacking.

When I followed up with Shades of Light to tell them what happened, they followed up with FedEx and quickly sent me a new light. I was more than pleased with the quality of service.
