Good services as usual

Put my order in 2 weeks ago, no updates until today to say it was cancelled due to another order being filled prior to mine. Useless!! Will never order from this company again!!

It’s a Littmann, need no further introduction. I was lucky I stumbled upon this shop because most of the local vendors don’t carry this specific color and edition. The packaging was immaculate, that was good. One thing i’d like to highlight here is, the commitment and cooperation that I received from both Medshop and DHL, they were excellent, were very accommodating, excellent service!. My parcel was stuck at the customs and they were the ones who facilitated the whole thing. Got my steth that evening itself, truly impressive.
