Have made three orders and the last was the worst. A package of 10 cigars and half of them you can not even inhale. A waste of money - will never buy again from them for selling such crappy products

My points keep disappearing. What's up with that? Why play games with points. Points should accumulate until they can be used. Isn't that the point? I'm very disappointed. Restore my points. I earned them.

I don’t understand why points are expiring. I feel this is not good business especially as someone who is constantly purchasing cigars from this site. I went back and looked at the constant points I’ve lost as a result. Just feel like the points would be more of an insensitive to purchase from here. Just my thoughts
